Common Questions
We recommend comfortable closed-toe shoes, as the tunnels can be damp. Layers are advisable since it's around 55°F underground. We provide headlamps and safety equipment.
The Discovery Walk is suitable for children ages 6 and up. The Deep Dive is best for ages 12+. The Farm-to-Table Journey is designed for adults (18+). Children under 6 are welcome in our above-ground visitor center.
Our main tunnel corridor is wheelchair-accessible with smooth flooring and gentle gradients. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best experience. Some deeper chambers have steps.
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes! For tours that include tasting or cooking, we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements. Please note any dietary needs when booking.
