Our Roots Run Deep

From a single tunnel and a passion for fungi, we've grown into a thriving community hub for sustainable agriculture and education.

A Dream Born Underground

In 2018, mycologist Dr. Lena Hargrove and environmental engineer Marcus Chen discovered an abandoned limestone tunnel network beneath the hills of the Willowbrook Valley. They saw potential where others saw darkness.

The tunnels maintained a steady 55Β°F temperature and 90% humidity year-round β€” nature's perfect incubator for gourmet mushrooms. What started with a small batch of oyster mushrooms has grown into a 20,000 sq ft underground farm producing over 12 varieties of premium fungi.

Today, our farm serves as both a commercial growing operation and an educational center, welcoming thousands of visitors each year to experience the magic beneath the surface.
