2.1 Tour Bookings

Tour bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or maintenance requirements.

2.2 Product Sales

All product listings are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Fresh mushroom products are perishable and should be consumed within the timeframe specified on the packaging.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
• Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Product returns are accepted within 7 days for non-perishable items in original condition.
• Fresh mushroom products cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

4. Safety & Conduct

Tour participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. Closed-toe shoes are required in the underground tunnels. moonabounceflw.quest reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who poses a safety risk or behaves inappropriately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and educational materials — is the property of moonabounceflw.quest and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
